I am Coach Jen, a former professional dancer who transformed the discipline and passion of the dance world into a career dedicated to improving the lives of others. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education and have over 12 years of experience as a high-level personal trainer. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of preparing professional dancers and guiding hundreds of clients in achieving their life goals.
I always knew my life would be different. At 23, after following the traditional path of a stable relationship, a house, and university studies, I realized that this life wasn’t for me. So, I chose to reinvent myself. Over the next seven years, I faced challenges, including debt and toxic relationships, but I persevered and chose to prioritize myself.
At 30, I had an epiphany: it was time to take control of my happiness. With over 10 years of experience in physical coaching, I transformed my habits, improved my finances, and strengthened my self-esteem. In just one year, my life changed more than I could have imagined. Inspired by this transformation, I created Be Jen Coaching to help others do the same.
Today, at 35, married to an extraordinary man and living as an expat in the United States, I am the daily guardian angel for many clients who take charge of their happiness through Be Jen.
