The sessions are exclusively online, making the program flexible and easy to fit into your schedule. They are brief and can be scheduled according to your availability, whether during your lunch break at work or while you’re on your daily walk.
After 12 weeks, you should notice significant improvements in your energy, health, and life balance. You will also have established a solid routine and effective planning of your lifestyle habits, helping you maintain these concrete and lasting results according to your personal goals.
You will receive continuous support from your coach, who will adjust the program based on your challenges. The weekly sessions are specifically designed to help us adapt the program if difficulties arise and find the approach that best fits your reality. We will work together to overcome obstacles and ensure your success.
The 12-week program is offered at $1200. This price includes a personalized plan, weekly coaching sessions, a shared virtual calendar, direct access to Coach Jen via text, practical tools, and daily support to help you reach your goals.
