Who is Coach Jen?

I’m Coach Jen, a coach for building healthy habits so you can create lasting change without the overwhelm.

You don’t need to overhaul your whole life to feel better — sometimes, it’s the small, intentional steps that lead to the biggest shifts.
As your life coach, I’m here to support you where it matters most: whether that’s finding more balance, simplifying your routine, or simply making space for you, in your own life.

My approach is grounded in empathy, real-life action, and adapting to your reality. Together, we move at your pace so you can build sustainable habits, reconnect with what really matters, and create a life that truly reflects who you are.

I’m Coach Jen

a former professional dancer turned life and wellness coach. I’ve taken the discipline and passion of dance and turned it into a career built on heart, habits, and real-life transformation.

With a degree in physical and health education and over 12 years as a high-level personal trainer, I’ve helped hundreds of people move, grow, and rebuild from the inside out.

And now? Maybe it’s your turn.

I get it — I’ve been there.

At 23, I had checked all the boxes: stable relationship, house, university degree. But deep down, something felt off. I knew this life wasn’t mine.

So, I changed everything.

I went through tough times — debt, toxic relationships, moments of doubt. But one day, I made the decision to choose me. Not just in theory — for real.

At 30, I had a wake-up call: If I wanted a different life, I had to become the version of myself who could create it. So I started from scratch — my habits, my finances, my mindset.
And guess what? My life changed faster than I ever imagined.

That transformation is what gave birth to Be Jen Coaching.
Because I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To want change, but have no idea where to start.
And most of all, to feel like you’re doing it all alone.

Today, at 36, I live in the U.S. with an amazing husband and our beautiful daughter. And every day, I help people just like you — people who are tired of just surviving, and finally ready to start living.
